Another hectic day at work + school.
Work
Will be facing a major change; relocation and merging with other departments. Damn, gonna suffer lost in privacy, less space and gotta share equipments. They call this LEAN concept, by tearing down partitions, pillars, workbenches? Dunno what's in mgmt's mind...... Shit perhaps.
Boss requested a SecureID for me and had received it recently...... Meaning to say, I've gotta work/ check mails on weekends!
Internal conflicts between technicians and operators. Gonna have a hard time calming them down and stay partial. Can't they stop bugging me with non-work related issues? I'm not interested nor have time for it man!
Never ending arguments with my vendors. Always finding flaws of each other and lodge complains (mutual act). Can't Procurement/ Finance get us a better vendor who makes no noise but only work according to our request? Just STFU and work man! ECN (Engineering change) are inevitable.
Reject rate of PCB is still on the rising trend. What to do man? Someone please advice, else my head may be on chopping board after 6months. That's the timeframe given...... Have been frantically chairing meetings with various dept (Designer, Product, Line, etc) to brainstorm yet no solution. Wtf!
Weekly reporting to mgmt; someone please guide me how to please them. I have been working so hard on it, done tons of edits yet still receive comments. (E.g. Someone wish to see charts yet another wish to see numbers.) Bear in mind, we cannot suit each and everyone's taste. Wake up man!
The one and only good thing: Heading to Suzhou (Ww09); align SGP and Suzhou PCB repair operations. Hehe! Colleagues there gonna show me around. Can't wait to see some China babes.
School
~5yrs w/o flipping a page and well I'm now back to study days. First lesson was in haste. Lecturer expect us to know our stuffs by heart. Come'on man, we're not like you preaching on these topics day-in, day-out.
Binary, Boolean, Karnaugh, Discretization, Amplifier, Kirchoff, Thevenin, Small signals, Signal amplification, etc are all back to haunt me! Best thing is, these stuffs took me weeks/ months to pick up in Poly was all covered in ONE bloody lecture!
My head is "plagued" with lots of white hair!! Having 4years of school life to endure; let's pray I'd make it.
Wishing myself luck, hoping not to "mutate" into a lifeless zombie. Work + Study 24/7......
