As mentioned; my current mobile is providing FOC service: auto-shutdown!! Infuriating, was thinking of getting another as there's no way to terminate this service. Besides getting it repaired, which is definitely not worth; failing on ROI.

So many gadgets around, which to pick? HTC G1 and Iphone seems to be the "in" stuffs. Or perhaps HTC Touch Diamond?
Read up some forums which complimented/ criticized the phones; which I reckon is biased towards individual likings. While browsing the specifications, they seem pretty much similar.
Probably I'd end up with a phone which I'd under-use. An overkill for a Tech idiot like me, haha!

PC world posted some neat comparisons... And some of my thoughts ... Iphone VS G1:

• Iphone has a more friendly UI (U.ser I.nterface)
• Higher sensitivity, multi-touch gesture support
• Iphone has sleek/ stylish appearance... G1's qwerty keyboard makes it look bulky/ ugly... And slide phone ain't my preference
• Iphone provide end user with enormous storage capacity of 8/ 16Gb while G1 comes with 256Mb ROM, 192Mb RAM and 1Gb microSD (expandable)
• Both with GPS! No more worries on losing my way. *Cheers*
• Both with Wi-Fi.
• Downside: Iphone has a 2M pix camera while G1 carries a 3.1M. Or Samsung Innov8, a whopping 8M!

Too bad my service provider (I hub) isn't selling Iphone for now. Why is that so? Garmen can get to monopolise market ah? *Kaaaaahzzz puui*

Getting one from States cost lower, but compulsory to sign plan. Breaking contract gets me a bigger hole in pocket. A no-no!
I'd get both if I strike ToTo/ 4D...... I mean "if" =) Hmmm how come Nokia isn't in the list? Keke! Meanwhile, let's pray Starhub launch these hotties soon. Till then I'd decide.
