1st Genting Trip

The group travelling together consist of 9 headcounts (CS Loh, Alex Ng, Clement Ng, Henry Lai, Clement's 3 younger brother, one of his brother's gf & me).
Boarded bus of 5 Stars from Golden Mile and off we go for Genting. Stopping for break... Exactly the same stop we had couple of years back during the trip to KL with 'her'. Seeing the ceramic fishes revived the past, sad history.
I wonder how is she... Hope she is fine and happy...

Genting is a truly one-stop theme park for folks of all interest. The most appealing thing is its fresh air and... allow patrons to smoke freely indoor! Headed straight for casino as hotel check-in can only be done the following day. Keep losing, really no luck. =( Ppl on winning strike and when I followed their bets, they lose immediately. Rofl. I should be re-name as Jinx.

Its about time we check-in and proceeded to hotel check-in counter as per sipulated time (1400hrs). Yet when we reached, we were greeted by hundreds of angry holiday makers with only 1 pathetic staff. Waited for quite awhile and finally got our room keys.

Thou tired from travelling and gambling the night throughout, we managed to drag ourselves to our room (22nd floor). Only to find that there's no wardrobe, no safe deposit, no aircon, no toothpaste/ brush, no slippers, no bathrobe, no utensils, no fridge, no hairdryer, no shampoo/ conditioner. Good thing, there's a 14" TV with limited channels; mostly communicating in Melayu. Well, I really shouldn't expect too much from a SGD$128 travel package. Teehee!

After showers, my room-mate headed for casino in hope to recuperate his loses. Ha! Wish him luck while I'm on my way to meet Mr "Zhou1 Gong1".

Rest of the activities are mainly gambling, foot massage, movie (Quarantined; nice show but bloody scenes and camera man makes me giddy) and light shopping.

The theater has first row of seats as OSIM massage chair with ticket selling at 15RM. Too bad it's fully taken so we took the Premium seats for 16RM per tix; inclusive of popcorn, drinks and snacks. So much more cheaper than Sgp!

Photo-taking is banned in casino. You can visualize there's tons of jackpot machines and some tables for card/ dice games. And also countless ATM for folks to withdraw and lose more! Lol! There's smoking and non-smoking zone; both with dinning area for hungry gamblers.

Self-control is essential when one step in; else he/ she most probably will end up with 1) calling family for monetary assistant or 2) loaning from loansharks or 3) left with only the red undies and to travel by foot back home =p
