Staff response time was fast and efficient; changed a TV and fixed the safe-box. And are friendly towards my enquiries. Overall experience: barely acceptable (6/10).
Didn't go up Twin Towers as it's foggy... Same per my last trip =( Probably will board it on my next trip (est April '09)
KTM station; whereby I got the return ticket from Nice... You get personalized TV, people serving you refreshments and announcements. Pretty good service.

Chi Chiong Gai; a place where piracy thrives! Got there by foot without planning. Lols!Bargaining here is a must, normally I'd slash prices they offered by 50- 60%. If they are reluctant, just say thanks and head forward, there's a whole stretch of shops selling identical stuffs. Similar to Thailand shopping strategy =D
