Second day of CNY, Chu1 Er4: Went mum's relatives houses to Bai4 Nian2 (main objective: Collect as many Ang Bao!!) Was at a distant relative's house before heading for Er Jiu's. Erhmmm I forgot how to address these distant relatives. Uncle and auntie was all I used. Hua2 Ren2 don't know Hua2 Yu3! Heehee! Thats what mum always use on me... ...The sad thing is, someone mistook me as my Third aunt's boyfriend!! (FYI: Third aunt has the same name as DearDear, Emily) What the fish!?!? Third aunt is 11 years ahead of my age! Just happen that she was sitting beside me, chatting with me and people take me as her guy, ridiculous! Do I really look that old? What happened to my erhmmmm... ...BoyBoy looks? *Pissed*
Dad advertised Ling to everyone, making them so wanna see her. They must be wondering why dad is full of praises on Ling. Gosh!! Parents have decided who's gonna be their Xi2 Fu4!! Everyone started pressuring me to get Ling to join us. She didn't wanna come as she is shy. Who wouldn't? Meeting a group of strangers, gotta anticipate what questions they gonna shoot, don't know what comments will they pass, unsure if she will be accepted. All these will scare the shit outta me if I'm in her position.
Ultimately, she came. Gotta compliement her for her courage. She came as she didn't wish to put me in a spot, only a small handful are able to do this wor! This time round, my relatives all welcomed her warmly. Unlike one of my Ex, quite Ah Lian, received "Cold Turkey" treatment some years back in Da4 Jiu4 house. (LingLing is actually a Da4 Jie3 Da4 in disguise, SsSsSsSsSsSh!!!) I'm glad all of them like her. Well, she had a fruitful trip, collected some Ang Bao (although not much) which she spent on KTV. Most important of all, she received recognition and acceptance from my relatives... ... Even if they don't, I'm determined to make you my wife. *Blush Blush* Just too bad, at that point in time, Dear's tummy still haven recover. Can't taste the yummies prepared by Er4 Jiu4 Mu3.
Fourth day of CNY, Chu1 Si4: Arranged for some friends to come my place, sort of a mini gathering. Pai-seh that I didn't invite everyone coz my place is rather small, wouldn't be able to accomodate much people. Friends who turned up: Fannie, Siva, Amir & girlfriend, Venus & boyfriend, Calvin, Florence, Kenneth, WenQuan and Jamieson. God damn! Kumer didn't make it. Of all my pals, he can't come! Why Kumer WHY??
Met up with DearDear, Fannie and Siva at Yew Tee to bring them over. We reached Compass Point too early so Ling suggested to go shop shop. Was walking behind the girls with Siva, whinning on why they can go on and on shopping yet don't feel lethargic. Whine whine whine!!! Next thing I know, the girls walked into City Chain, followed by another watch shop. Seems like either one of them is getting a watch. Hmmmm... ... My old watch strap is torn. I've always demanded for a Tag Huer. Valentine's day is near. Putting all these together, I got a rough idea on what to expect for Valentine's day. Haha! Zhen1 Chong1 Ming2?? Ling knods her head =P
Went over to my house and friends started coming. Ah Mah was so happy to receive the box of Old Chang Kee from Ling. Its rare to see her smile, the sight of those Gao1 Dian3 made her day, especially when its from her Da Sun Zi's LaoPo... ...Played "Kung Fu" to entertain them while some Lan4 Du2 Gui3 gambled their day away. Showed them around and Ling commented she likes my house. Nice view of the river and Malaysia yeah? Best thing is, its peaceful, not much Blanglas or noisy Ba1 Po2 around to piss you off. Dear, you are always welcome to stay at my place. If you don't mind sleeping in the living room (Sofa-cum-bed) or on my tiny bed. Lol!
Planned to go Woodlands coz there's a Fun Fair with all the thriller rides but cancelled it last minute coz I am tired, don't feel like going... ...Ling, I'm okie with that, we can always go the next time. Or when we visit Taiwan this year end, I will bring you to their rides. Its way scarier compared to what Singapore has. I've never forget my experience in Gao1 Xiong2, can't wait to travel around with you... ...So long as your health is in good shape.
