Attended a Safety Seminar yesterday (140305). Wasted the first half of my day. Every personnels in my camp gotta attend, coz its held by some big shots. As if i do give a damn. Wat really pissed me off is that B*tch who is in-charge of manpower. (Rumoured that she f*cked her way up). She picked a fight with me early in the morning and when everyone was present! Even my boss witnessed our quarrel.
This incident dated back to last year December. I forsee i will be facing shortage of manpower and my platoon sergeant's posting order is due soon, i seeked her help. But she never react to my mails. It came to a point that i gotta CC the mails to both my and her boss, in hope that she will response. She did, only intially, saying that she will look into it. Empty promises, shitty slut! Came March, she still did nothing, wat a whore! She stopped replying my mails, regardless which boss i forward the mails to. Mu4 Zhong1 Wu2 Ren2!!! I still never get any new signallers nor a confirmed posting order for my platoon sergeant. That may place my head on the chopping board.
With insufficient manpower, i will not be able to support our daily flying ops. Furthermore, coming May will be packed with tons of exercise, yet that b*tch isn't doing a shit. Even if they do come in now (praying god damn hard they do), we still have to train them, and dat require time. Not just my boss will question me on the availability of my signallers, the biggest shot of my camp (commander) will get me too if i affect their operation. She simply don't see the severity of this problem, and will only drag on. Wonder wat she do in camp? Perhaps its really wat they say, s*ck & li*k is all she knows. Quite a few of my colleagues dislike her too.
Oh! Drifted too far from the quarrel, i don't wish to get into the details as it will only boil my blood. I will only say, she picks on me coz she is of higher ranking then me. And also, i pissed her off when i CC the mails to the bosses. But i do wat i feel right. This is her job scope, her responsibility. And she being a regular, an officer, is bringing shame to the SAF core. Felt like slapping her on that moment. Thank god my boss spoke up for me, he will speak to her personally. Lets hope that this issue can be resolved asap.
Sorry for usage of those ugly, barbaric words. Heehee! But with Emily, i know i can withstand and breeze through all difficulties. She has always been supportive, makes me love her even more.
