F**king Shitty Storeman

I've a Storeman under my purview; he does nothing but create troubles, troubles and more troubles! He wasn't much of a pain in the past, don't know why he changed suddenly. I have a gut feeling its because he don't get pampered as much nowadays. But look, he is a f**king 22 years old, not an infant who needs pampering.

When my previous Platoon Sergeant (PS) was around, he gets tons of privilleges. I'm puzzled as to why is she so bloody nice to him? He gets to go off work after sending stores at early hours. Never have to return camp after his numerous medical appointments. He gets to leave camp way before knock-off time. Damn, what a spoiled brat! Which soldier on earth can ever get so lucky?

Now that I've a new PS, certain things changed. The current PS is more firm in terms of discipline. She tasked him some jobs which I can tell that he isn't comfortable with and is trying means to delay or jerk off his responsiblities. All we want from him is simple, conduct a proper stock take. Whats so difficult for a storeman to check on his equipments? Will he die or suffer some terminal illness from doing so? Oh, not to forget, he does has a history of mental illness, would he chop me into pieces one day? Make curry outta me? Haha! I don't have much flesh to feed that sucker.

He started to play "punk" which irritates me to the max. So far in my army days, I've yet to raise my voice as high. Don't he see, there's an extend to how much I can be stretched. He started his frequent reporting sick again (I've warned him of the consequences before)! I suggest to restrict him to report sick only in camp should he fail to cut on the ridiculous number of "sick" days. And guess what I got from him? He say I cannot do this else I will land myself in deep shit if he complains to higher authority. WTF! Its been a standard practise for superior to enforce report-sick-in-camp whenever he/ she deems fit. Who the hell is he to "guide" me on what I should or shouldn't do? I don't need a f**king problem-child to "enlighten" me, seriously ... ... Ultimately, I never restrict him to reporting sick in camp, am I being to soft?

Imagine, he still have the guts to DEMAND for off days from me. And when questioned as to what has he done for me to reward him, he claims he need rest. If not, he cannot perform his duty normally. What lame reason or rather a threaten, prompting me to charge him for threatening a Commissioned Officer? Is his dad Chief Army or some MPs? If every of my soldiers come saying the same shit, do I grant all their off and take up their work?

He even ask to be put on shift work when he normally work from 0800-1730hrs. Some other camp practises staying-in and yet he don't see how fortunate he is. Staying-out isn't an entitlement, its a privillege. Don't force me to f**king confine you, bastard! The best thing is, he wants a 0800-1500hrs shift! F**k you understand? Are you telling me you are some "white horse"? You think I will give a damn even if you are one? This is military, things won't go by your wishful thinking.

After some discussion with my PS and understudy, they suggest I grant this f**ker a whopping 2.5 days off, in hope that he can complete his stock-take asap. Okie, I took their advice and let him have his off. Now I have regrets. I have never award my best soldier so many off days before. Its a waste on this faggot. A date-line was set for him to complete his task, one week from his off. Should he fail to hand in his assignment on time, punishment will be melted out. All of us agreed to it. When the "big-day" arrive, he handed in a rough hand written copy of what we asked from him. I spotted couple of mistakes and ask him to amend it. I was too lenient not to punish him for the errors yet he asked for more off days! NO was my answer, straight in his face. It came till a point where he will request for off days whenever he completes a task. Wake up your bloody idea la, this is your f**king job scope, so don't expect to receive any off days. You ain't fit to enjoy it.

Some time later, I thought things are getting back to normal. Peaceful working environment, although work load is still as heavy. I was god damn f**king wrong... ... He popped up again to inform me his parents are seeking help from M*NDEF. They are bringing him to the Medical Officer (MO) there as they think his PES status has been pending for too long. He's a C2L2, with back injuries substained during his secondary days. I explained to him patiently, the proper channels to go through, instead of "jumping the gun". Briefed him over and over again of ways to seek redress. Told him to go for our camp's MO on the following day as it was quite late le. Even told him to call me upon seeing the MO in hope that my presence can expediate the process. Wrote an email (CC to boss) to the MO to seek for his professional opinions but didn't receive any reply. You are in army, not your house, why seek help from your dad? You want him to follow you for re-service and nurse you as well?

Boss arranged for him to see the MO and his back injury was medically certified true. He requested for a revocation as a clerk. F**king chao4 geng1! I can tell how badly he wish to get out of here for an easier life but he claims the only reason is due to his injury. Don't kid me, f**ker. I assigned one of my soldier to carry all my equipments leaving only paper work for that f**ker. Whats there to agrivate his back? Are the few pieces of papers so damn heavy? Its because you don't get things your way so you wish to be posted out. Let me tell you, even if you get to serve as a clerk, you will suffer! You will still suffer in your future career with such f**k-up character and weirdo behaviour.

Received the next "happening" shit from him shortly. He said his parents has spoken to one of their MP! WTF?? This is really getting outta hand. I referred his case to my boss, let him do the follow-up bah.

We conducted an interview on him and found out from him that he brought SAKE (Japanese wine) to camp and drank during office hours. He knew its wrong to do so and yet can commit such a damn thing? He claims its for him to gain appetite and so he drinks. Ha! I doubt anyone can accept this. I have gastric problems, so must I drink? When we probed further, he throw attitude and commented that we don't need to say more, suggested us to go ahead and charge him. What is this man? He has a fetish for Detention Barracks (DB)? There was once he used a pencil and poked gently on my PS's hand when he smells of alcohol. Trying to get her to be sexually aroused? Wonder if I should bring up this issue to light? Is he pervert?

All these were reflected to my boss and he took this f**ker away from us. Later on, I decided to charge him on his drinking issue yet boss disagree. Let him go scott free? Fine, I have no say over boss's decision. Let's just wait for him to be posted out bah. Be it clerk or what, I want nothing to do with him. F**k off far from me! I had freaking enough of you.

Today (190805), boss told me this f**ker will be posted over to PAC office and serve his remaining NS liability as a clerk. Great! He got what he wanted... ... Little did he expect, the officer-in-charge is my good pal. I will make sure he gets the "best" treatment. HoHo! Although boss is against me charging him, I had gave PAC the green light to erhmmmmmm. Hehehe!
