Live Tree-man

Source: Stomp

Java Tree man, trying to lead a normal life, without his warts after doctors removed 6kg of growth from his body caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV).The man was in Bandung City, Indonesia, undergoing nine months of operations to remove root-like growths which smothered his hands and feet.
According to online sources, the massive warts on the tree man’s body started growing out of control when he was still a teenager, when he cut his knee. However, due to his extremely rare immune system deficiency, his body was unable to contain the warts.
He had said he hoped to return to leading a normal life in his village but according to reports in December last year, the warts have started growing back on his hands and feet.

Although still looking hideous, I'm glad to see him on the road to recovery.Pre-ops.
