F*ck-up experience with CityCab

Boarded CityCab (SHC304M; Driver: Yong Yok Thiam) on 24 March 2009, 0730am at SengKang Anchorvale Lane & travelled to Chai Chee Lane with dad for work. Entire journey took approximately 40mins.Upon boarding the cab, driver asked rudly where to? Sluggish outlook & barbaric tone pissed me off at first sight (surmise he's a typical Hokkien soldier). Cruising at an average speed of 50Km/h (even at TPE), I was wondering when will we reach the company. No doubt morning traffic is heavy, however his gear seems to be "permanently" stuck at third. Probably too lazy to switch gears.

He missed a turn & yet kept mum. Realizing that we're heading the wrong way, I asked him politely if we're on the right track. His grumpy reply: "Oh wrong route la. Later deduct fare la. What to do?" He is aware of his mistake but have no bloody intention to inform us nor feel apologetic.

What have I done to deserve such f*ck-up attitude? *outraged*
What happened to moral education class being taught in Pri sch? Are SG-reans really that ugly? Being a taxi driver, he'd occasionally pick-up foreigners & this is the image he portray?

$3 was deducted from the $19.45 fare & with ~10mins of our time wasted.

Hopefully CityCab authorities will review (mystery passenger?) or educate driver's attitude to minimise these absurd incidents. I'm certain passengers can make do with less of such driver's etiquette!
